Were you to order more than one keep in mind that no two
will be exactly alike. Each one will be an original.
The background need not be black. We have a rather large
selection of color cover stock and would be happy to
make a suggestion if you don't like black. Of course not all
the cover stock we carry is suited to the pointed pen. |

When away from the studio
and my pointed pens and inks I can be quite content with
one of my fountain pens, in this case my Namiki Dragon,
my 0.05 Copic multiliner, and my set of Faber-Castell
Polychromos colour pencils. How about having one of

The gold used in the
"Lisa" piece above is Schminke's Gold Pearl. In the
"Dolly" piece below I used Linel's Dark Gold Gouache,
something new I just discovered. |

For my new friend, an

A new friend told me of a
book he once came across. It had this for a title, "The
Delicious Grace of Moving One's Hand". That is what
I entitled the above piece. Done last week after a long
dry spell where the pen was seldom used. |

Above is the poem for the
piece I did for a widow in Alaska who recently lost her
husband in Iraq. Her sister-in-law from Colorado
commissioned me to do the piece. It was a poem that had
special meaning for Tammy and Bill.
Below is the finished
piece prior to matting it. I now have it ready to frame.
